CAREERS
Do work that books revenue,
not work that fills reports
We're a small team building marketing and software for home service companies, together in one office in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. If you'd rather ship things that matter than churn tickets at an agency factory, keep reading.
HOW WE WORK
Not your typical agency job
Most agencies scale by stacking accounts on burned-out account managers. We scale by building software that does the grunt work, so the humans get to do the interesting parts.
One office, on purpose
Every seat is in Siloam Springs, AR. Campaigns, integrations, and client calls move faster when the person you need is at the next desk, and you learn this industry fastest sitting next to people who already know it.
Builders, not renters
We built our own platform, our own website builder, our own quoting engine. When a tool doesn't exist, the answer here is "let's build it", not "let's add another SaaS subscription."
No agency-factory vibe
No 60-account books of business. No rotating clients every quarter. No selling work we can't deliver. Clients stay because the work is good, and you'll know your clients by name.
Scoreboard honesty
Everything we do for clients is measured in booked revenue, and everything you do here is judged the same way: did it move the number? Clear scoreboard, no politics.
One industry, deep
You'll become genuinely expert in a real market, home services, instead of skimming the surface of twelve verticals.
Small team, big surface
Your work ships to real companies within days, not quarters. If you've been a small cog in a big machine, this is the opposite.
WHAT WE HIRE FOR
The four kinds of people we're always looking for
Even when there's no open listing below, we read every note sent to support@m180.net. Good people don't wait for job posts, and neither do we.
PPC Managers
Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta, managed against booked-job math, not click reports. You'll run budgets with our pacing and anomaly tools backing you up.
SEO & Content
Local SEO, Maps rankings, content that answers real homeowner questions, and increasingly AI-search (AEO) visibility work. Our content engine handles the publishing; you bring the strategy.
Platform Engineers
Node.js, React, Supabase. You'd work on the reporting platform, the integrations that read field data from RealGreen and Service Autopilot, and the website builder.
Client Success
The owner's point of contact. You know their market, their numbers, and their season, and you translate between "what the dashboard says" and "what the owner should do."
THE PROCESS
How hiring works here
Fast, honest, and no seven-round gauntlets. Most candidates go from first email to answer in about two weeks.
1. Say hello
Email support@m180.net with the role in the subject line, plus a resume or LinkedIn, and a few sentences on something you've built or grown.
2. Intro call
30 minutes. We tell you the truth about the role; you tell us what you're looking for. No trick questions.
3. Working session
A small, paid, real-world exercise in your discipline: an account audit, a code review, a content plan. You see our work; we see yours.
4. Team chat & offer
Meet the people you'd work with, then a written offer with the number in it. Published pricing isn't just for clients.
Don't see your role?
If you're great at something an outdoor-services marketing company needs, make the case. The best hires we've made started with a cold email.
