PET BOARDING AND DAYCARE MARKETING

Occupancy is the whole business. We fill the empty runs.

The Thanksgiving call that comes in at 4:50 on a Friday gets recorded and transcribed, the dates and the dog get pulled out of it, and the evaluation link is on their phone before they call the next place on the list.

WE KNOW YOUR BUSINESS

The building bills you the same in February.

Daycare is the base. It shows up midweek, buys packages and memberships, and lets you schedule labor a week out. Boarding is the peak, and the peak is four or five windows a year: spring break, the Fourth, summer, Thanksgiving, and Christmas through New Year's. Staffing flexes with the headcount, so a sold-out Thanksgiving genuinely costs more to run than a dead February does. Rent, insurance and the loan do not flex at all. February still owes the building, it just has nothing coming in to pay it with.

January is not a problem you fix in January

A February week gets sold in January. A February daycare membership gets sold in December, while the phone is still ringing on its own and nobody in the building has a minute to think about it. Spend usually follows the phone, which puts it at its highest in November and off in February. That is exactly backwards.

The evaluation is where new clients disappear

A new pet parent calls, and the answer is come in for a temperament test, and bring current rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. Every one of those is a place to quit. Nobody works the ones who do, because the front desk is on the floor with forty dogs.

You are not losing to the kennel down the road

You are losing to a sitter on an app and to the word kennel. People picture a concrete run and a dog that comes home sick and sad. Your ratios, your webcams, your report cards and your evaluation process answer that, if anyone ever sees them.

WHAT THE PROGRAM LOOKS LIKE

Eight parts. Every one of them points at occupancy.

Rates, tiers and a booked evaluation

Rates and package tiers on one page: good, better, best across daycare packages and run types, e-signed online. The evaluation books into a real slot on the eval calendar your front desk controls, instead of a callback promise nobody makes.

Call tracking that writes the dates down for you

Every call tracked, recorded, transcribed and summarized, with the requested nights and the dog attached to the lead before anyone reaches for a notebook. It lands in HighLevel or HubSpot with the ad that produced it, so Monday morning still has Friday's inquiry in it.

Your cheapest new dog lives three doors from a current one

Postcards and door hangers around every active client address and the residential clusters inside your real drive radius, not the industrial block your building sits on. Boarding gets zoned next to warehouses and fields; the people are fifteen to thirty minutes out, and the routes come off your own client list.

Package burn-down, lapsed dogs, expiring Bordetella

Last year's holiday guests too. Each one is a trigger with its own text and email chain, run off a weekly export out of your reservation system until a connector exists, and it keeps going until the dog is back on the schedule or the owner unsubscribes.

LSA, Search and Meta

Local Services Ads where the category is live in your market, Search inside your actual drive time, Meta for daycare memberships. Every LSA lead gets rated and noted, and the spam and out-of-radius calls get disputed the week they land. Cat inquiries go to your cattery rates, not the trash.

City pages and service pages that rank

A page for every town inside the drive people will actually make with a dog in the car, which is not the same as your radius, plus separate pages for boarding, daycare, grooming and training. Schema on your rates, hours and vaccine requirements, because the owner asking an assistant who nearby takes an intact male is reading a page, not calling you. One platform, no theme updates, so the rate page does not break the week Thanksgiving inquiries start.

Nights on the board, evals booked, and what each one cost

Leads by requested arrival date, evaluation to package conversion, and holiday window fill against the same week last year. You get flagged when a window is tracking behind, while there is still time to spend into it.

Budget paced to your peaks

Spend climbs six to eight weeks ahead of spring break and the Fourth, and by early October for Thanksgiving and Christmas week, before your own holiday calendar opens and the repeat clients take the runs. It throttles the day a window sells out and shifts to daycare and the shoulder weeks. Per location, no markup on spend.

AUTOMATION EXAMPLE

One holiday inquiry, worked all the way to nights on the board.

The Thanksgiving call comes in

Someone calls or fills the form asking about Thanksgiving week. The summary pulls out the nights they want, the dog, and whether that name has ever been in your building before.

Answered in under a minute

A text goes back with your rates and tiers, whether those exact dates are still open on the holiday board your front desk keeps, and the one sentence that matters: new dogs need an evaluation before a holiday stay.

Evaluation booked

They pick a slot themselves. The confirmation lists the vaccines you require and where to upload the records before they arrive.

Vaccine records chased

Nothing uploaded 48 hours out and the reminders keep going by text and email, with the address to send them to in every one, because that paperwork is what turns a family away at the door the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Nights on the board

Eval passes, and the package and deposit request go out with your holiday cutoff date on it. Payment runs through whatever you already take cards on. The stay is booked, not penciled.

Your front desk was on the floor with forty dogs

The same chain runs for spring break, the Fourth, Christmas week, and every daycare dog who has not been in for three weeks. You see booked nights, and you can listen to the call that started each one.

INTEGRATIONS

Zero kennel software connectors. That is the honest number.

What is below is the whole list: two CRMs and two field platforms we built for other trades. Not one line of code into kennel or daycare software, so reservations, vaccine records and run assignments stay exactly where they are today. Name yours and we will tell you which of the three routes we use for you: form post, webhook, or a weekly export.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What boarding and daycare owners ask us before they sign.

Our reservations, vaccine records and run assignments are all in one system. What happens to them?

They stay in it. We have never written a connector into a kennel or daycare platform and we are not moving your reservations into a CRM. What we take is a weekly export, a form post, or a webhook if yours offers one, and that is what feeds the follow-up: lapsed daycare dogs, packages running low, Bordetella coming due, last year's holiday guests. Your front desk keeps working in the same screen it works in today.

Can I get the instant online quote I saw on your lawn pages?

That tool measures a property from satellite, which works when you are pricing turf or linear feet. A boarding night is priced by dog, dates, run type and add-ons, and none of that is visible from space. What replaces it is a tiered rate page and an evaluation booked into a real slot, which is the step that actually converts in this business.

Christmas sells itself. Why would I pay you for it?

Because the spend throttles the day that window fills. Pacing runs off your holiday board, so it stops buying nights you already sold and switches to selling add-ons, baths, exit grooms and extra play, to the guests who are already coming. What is left moves to daycare memberships and to the evaluations that make January possible.

How do we compete with Rover and in-home sitters?

Not on price. Ratios, webcams, report cards, your evaluation process and real photos of your play groups go on pages that rank and into the follow-up, because the objection is a picture in someone's head, not a number. Then you win on repeat: a sitter cannot sell a membership that runs every Tuesday and Thursday, and cannot take eleven nights at Christmas.

I have two facilities. Do I pay twice?

Yes, per location. Each building gets its own budget, its own numbers and its own city pages, with a rollup so you can see which one is actually buying its own occupancy. Pricing is published on the site, month to month, no long contract, no markup on ad spend. The ad accounts are opened in your name, not ours, so if this ends you change one password and nothing goes dark.

OTHER INDUSTRIES

Also run one of these?

Fill the runs you already built.

Tell us one thing: the week last year that hurt the most. We come back with who is ranking for boarding inside your drive time that week, what an evaluation costs to buy there, and how far ahead you would have had to spend to fill it.
