JUNK REMOVAL & HAULING MARKETING
A truck only makes money full. We quote it before the other two callbacks land.
Photos come in, a priced quote with the fill line and the surcharge items goes back out while the customer is still standing in the garage, and a card on file holds the slot. The booked job lands in Jobber, HighLevel or HubSpot without anyone retyping it.
WE KNOW YOUR BUSINESS
You are selling truck space, and it expires every day at dark.
Revenue is jobs per truck per day times average ticket, minus whatever the scale charges you. Volume sets the price, weight sets the cost, and the run to the transfer station is unpaid either way. An hour a truck sits idle is inventory you cannot sell back tomorrow.
Same day, or somebody else gets it
This is not a quoted-and-considered trade. The couch is in the driveway and the closing is Friday. Whoever answers first and puts a real number in front of them books the load. A missed call at 4:10 is a full load for the guy who picked up.
The phone quote that eats the day
People underestimate volume every time, because it accumulated slowly. You quote a quarter load over the phone, you arrive to a half, and now you are eating it, going back for a second trip, or having the argument on the driveway. Stairs, long carries and roofing tear off wreck the math further.
One-and-done is not a business
Residential cleanouts do not repeat. The money that repeats is property managers running turnovers and eviction trash outs, realtors doing pre-listing and post-closing cleanouts, GCs with construction debris, storage facilities with abandoned units, and estate work. Those accounts are won by follow-up, not by ads.
WHAT THE PROGRAM LOOKS LIKE
Eight moving parts, and the whole thing is scored in loads per truck per day.
Photo quotes that hold up
Customer sends photos, the quote comes back priced by fill line with mattress, Freon appliance, CRT television and tire surcharges already in it. Priced options off the same photo set: the pile they pointed at, the whole garage, or the full cleanout, with light demo carried as its own line. E-sign and a card on file hold the slot. Deposits sit on the scheduled work, estate, hoarding and construction, not the Saturday garage.
One entry, not three
Booked jobs, quote totals, notes and lead source push into Jobber, HighLevel or HubSpot. Nobody rekeys a booking at 9pm. When the report says a channel produced four full loads, it is because the job records say so.
Work the block you are already on
A completed job triggers a door hanger route sheet for that street and postcards for the surrounding blocks. Neighbors already watched your truck load out. Same drive time, second address, no new lead cost.
Accounts, not one-offs
Property managers, realtors, storage facilities and GCs get a standing rate sheet, scheduled check-ins and turnover reminders that fire on their calendar, not yours. Residential cleanout customers get a re-touch before the next spring purge.
LSA first, then search
Local Services Ads for same-day intent, Google Ads for cleanout, hauling and appliance removal terms. Every lead gets rated and noted in the Lead Center, and the bad ones get disputed the same week instead of at month end, so you are not paying for the guy who wanted one mattress carried across his garage.
A hoarding page live the afternoon you ask
We build it and we host it, so a new service page or a new town goes up that afternoon instead of after a plugin update takes your quote form down. Service pages for estate cleanout, construction debris and appliance removal, one page per town drawn off how far you will drive from the transfer station, and an llms.txt file so the assistant answering who hauls a hot tub in your town is reading your surcharge list and your radius.
Reported in loads, not impressions
Cost per booked job, average ticket and close rate on photo quotes, live, plus revenue per truck once your field software is passing crew assignment. AI flags it when a channel quietly shifts you from full loads to single item calls.
Paced to the season, not the calendar month
Budget steps up mid March, holds through the summer and fall run, opens again for the post holiday declutter wave through the first three weeks of January, and pulls back through the February trough. Per location, across Google, LSA and Meta, with no markup on what you spend.
AUTOMATION EXAMPLE
One finished load. Four more chances off the same drive.
Crew closes the job
Fill line, surcharge items and before and after photos get logged at the curb, before the truck pulls off the street.
Review request while the garage is empty
Text goes out inside the hour by default, when the customer is still looking at clean concrete. Donation receipt attaches if the load was sorted.
The block gets hit
That address drops onto a door hanger route sheet for the street, and a postcard queues for the surrounding blocks the same week.
The load that did not fit
Anything the crew flags as leftover becomes a priced second load quote, texted before the truck leaves the street, with a slot held this week. The 48 hour chase only runs if they did not take it there.
The commercial list grows
Realtors and property managers tied to that address get added to a quarterly touch with your standing rate sheet attached.
The second job pays for the first
You bought the drive to that address once. The four that follow all fire off the completed job rather than a Monday meeting, and every one of them starts from a street your truck has already been on.
INTEGRATIONS
We write our own integrations. We only claim the ones we built.
Junk removal runs on a patchwork of field apps, phone systems and spreadsheets. We built and we maintain our own connections into Jobber, HighLevel and HubSpot. We have not built Workiz or CurbWaste, and we will not pretend we have. Name what you run and we will show you which fields move, which ones we would push through HighLevel, and which ones stay manual until somebody builds them.

OTHER INDUSTRIES
Also run one of these?
Full trucks, every day you have crews.
Send us a week of your call log. We will tell you how many of those were full loads, how many were single items you priced like full loads, and what the ones nobody called back were worth.
