PRESSURE WASHING MARKETING

Quote the driveway before you ever see it

House washes, driveways, roof soft washes: measured from the address, priced from your matrix, booked online. Then a neighborhood blitz sells the block you just cleaned.

WE KNOW YOUR BUSINESS

A trade where the proof is visible from the street

Nothing in home services sells itself like a half-cleaned driveway. The problem has never been the product. It's quoting fast enough, filling the calendar past the spring rush, and getting your before/afters in front of the right block.

Slow quotes lose fast jobs

A house wash is a $300–$600 decision most homeowners make in a day. If they have to wait for a callback and a drive-by, they've already booked someone else.

Spring flood, winter drought

March through June buries you; December is crickets. Most agencies run the same campaign in both and call it "always-on."

Before/afters stuck on a phone

You take the most persuasive photos in home services and they die in a camera roll instead of selling the next ten jobs.

WHAT THE PROGRAM LOOKS LIKE

Instant quotes in, neighborhood blitz out

Address-based instant quotes

Driveway and roof measured from the address, priced per service (house wash, concrete, roof soft wash) as good/better/best bundles with online booking.

Before/after photo engine

Crew photos tagged and geo-tagged in the platform library, feeding galleries, social ads, and postcards automatically.

Post-job neighborhood blitz

Every completed job triggers measured, priced offers to the surrounding homes: postcards or a knock-route sheet for the crew.

Transformation social ads

Your real before/afters, ZIP-targeted. Pressure washing content stops thumbs, and we put your work where the scrolling happens.

Season-shaped budgets

Spend front-loaded into the spring surge, shifted to gutters and roofs in fall, throttled in the dead months, and paced daily.

Google Ads + LSA

Own "pressure washing near me" when it spikes, with AI call rating so you know which clicks became booked washes.

Annual re-wash reminders

Last year's customers get a one-tap rebooking offer when their wash anniversary comes around. Repeat washes are the cheapest revenue you'll ever earn.

Off-season crossover

Many wash companies run Christmas lights from October to January with the same crews and ladders. We run that program too: one dashboard, two seasons.

AUTOMATION EXAMPLE

From one driveway to five on the same street

Quote at 8pm

Homeowner enters their address, sees a measured house wash + driveway bundle, books for Friday.

Job completed

Crew shoots before/afters; job marked complete in Jobber. Photos hit the tagged library.

Neighbors measured

The platform finds and measures surrounding homes, pricing each one from your matrix.

Blitz goes out

Postcards with THAT street's before/after and each home's real price, or a route sheet for the crew to knock.

Street gets booked

Neighbors saw the trailer and the clean driveway. The offer lands warm. Follow-up runs until they book.

The cleanest driveway on the block is a billboard

We just make sure it comes with a price and a booking link.

INTEGRATIONS

Built around the tools wash companies run

Most of our pressure washing clients run Jobber; bigger multi-crew operations often run Service Autopilot. Both sync natively: quotes in, completed jobs out.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Pressure washing marketing FAQ

How can you quote a house wash without seeing the house?

The property is measured from the address (roof area, driveway square footage, home footprint) and priced against your matrix by service: house wash, driveway, roof soft wash. The visitor sees good/better/best bundles and can book on the spot. Oddball properties can still route to a manual review.

What is the before/after photo engine?

Your crew's before/after shots go into the platform's photo library, tagged by service and geo-tagged by job. They automatically feed your website galleries, social ads, and the neighborhood postcards sent around each completed job. In this trade, the transformation IS the ad.

How does the neighborhood blitz work?

Finish a driveway on Maple Street, and the platform finds the neighboring homes, measures and prices each one, and sends postcards, or prints a route sheet so your crew can knock the block while the trailer's still parked there. The clean driveway next door is your best proof.

Our season is feast or famine. Can marketing fix that?

It can flatten it. We front-load spring house-wash demand, push gutter and roof work in fall, promote holiday-prep washes in November, and many clients add Christmas lights as a winter arm (we run that program too). Budget pacing shifts spend to where the demand actually is.

Do you work with one-truck operations?

Yes. Pressure washing is one of the most owner-operated trades we serve, and published month-to-month pricing means you know exactly what it costs. The automation matters more when you're the one holding the wand all day: quotes and follow-up happen while you work.
