INTEGRATION · SERVICE AUTOPILOT

The API Service Autopilot never had

Your customer data is locked inside Service Autopilot. We get it out (every field, every service, every transaction) and put it to work sending quotes and booking revenue.

WHAT SYNCS

A full picture of every client, not a name and a phone number

Most "integrations" grab contact info and call it a day. Ours pulls the whole operational record and normalizes it into clean, queryable data.

Clients & custom fields: every account, every field your team has ever filled in

Services: active programs, one-time jobs, service history

Transactions: invoices and payments, so campaigns know who owes what

Estimates: open and past quotes, won and lost

Attachments: the documents and files tied to accounts

WHAT THE SYNC UNLOCKS

Field data in. Booked revenue out.

Once your Service Autopilot data is flowing, the automations take over. Here's the play that pays for everything else:

Tech logs a condition

"Lawn thinning in back" gets recorded in Service Autopilot during a routine visit.

Sync picks it up

Our platform reads the condition from the synced data and matches it to aeration & overseeding.

Measured & priced

DeepLawn measures the property; your pricing matrix sets the number.

Quote hits their phone

A branded quote goes out automatically. Accept and pay in two taps.

Follow-up until booked

Reminders run for weeks. Your team just sees the new job come in.

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for SA shops that outgrew their data

If you run lawn care, fertilization, pest control, or full-service maintenance on Service Autopilot, you're sitting on years of customer history that isn't earning you anything. This integration is for owners who want that history working (upsells firing, neighbors getting offers, past-due invoices getting chased) without adding headcount.

It's a sync, not a live API feed: data moves on a schedule via a structured export process, not instantly.

We don't write back into Service Autopilot. Accepted quotes sync to your CRM/HighLevel pipeline; your team books the work in SA as usual.

It doesn't replace Service Autopilot for scheduling, routing, or invoicing, and it's not trying to.

FAQ

Service Autopilot integration FAQ

Does Service Autopilot have an API you connect to?

Service Autopilot doesn't offer a public API, which is exactly why we built this integration. We use a structured full-client export process to pull your data into our platform. Once it's there, it effectively has an API: every automation, report, and integration runs against that normalized copy.

How current is the synced data?

Because the data moves through an export process rather than a live API, syncs run on a schedule, not second-by-second. For upsell quotes, AR campaigns, and neighborhood triggers, that cadence is more than fast enough: these are day-scale plays, not millisecond ones.

Does Marketing 180 write data back into Service Autopilot?

No. Service Autopilot stays your system of record and we don't push changes into it. Actions happen on our side: quotes go out branded to you, follow-ups run through HighLevel, and your team books accepted work in Service Autopilot as usual.

What can you do with custom fields and condition codes?

That's where the money is. When a technician logs a condition (bare spots, grub damage, overgrown shrubs), our automations match it to the right service, measure and price the property, and send a branded quote that follows up until it books.

Who owns the data after it syncs?

You do. Our No-Hostage Guarantee covers your data completely: if you ever leave, you get a full export. Month-to-month, no contracts holding your own customer list hostage.
