From API key to working data in one pass

No IT project, no CSV wrangling, no consultants. The import tool was built specifically for RealGreen, and our team runs it with you during onboarding.

Select your company in our import tool and paste your RealGreen API key. That's your entire setup task.

RealGreen API questions, answered

Does this violate RealGreen's terms?

No. We use RealGreen's official API, with your credentials, within its published limits, the same access RealGreen provides to every customer. If anything, replication is the polite way to use it: one scheduled sync instead of thousands of scattered calls hammering their servers all month.

What exactly does the import pull?

Company info (branches, branding, setup), every customer with addresses, every service (programs, rounds, one-time work), full job history with technician notes and condition codes, and accounts-receivable balances and aging. See the integration overview for the full rundown.

How current is the replicated data?

We schedule syncs to stay comfortably within your monthly API quota, so the replica is near-current rather than real-time. For marketing use cases like quotes, campaigns, reporting, and maps, that's more than fresh enough, and it's infinitely fresher than data nobody was using at all.

Do I need IT staff to set this up?

No. You select your company in our import tool and paste your API key; our team handles everything else during onboarding. There's nothing to host, install, or maintain on your side.

Can our other tools use the replicated data?

Yes, that's the API multiplier. Our platform has webhooks and an API out, so events and data can flow to Slack, spreadsheets, HubSpot, or custom endpoints without touching your RealGreen quota. One rate-limited source, unlimited consumers.

What happens to the data if we leave?

It's yours. Under our No-Hostage Guarantee you get a full export, and since RealGreen was the system of record all along, nothing about your operation is trapped with us. Month-to-month terms, no 12-month contracts.
